Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Starting at $28/HR!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our plant's infrastructure, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. The role is predominantly mechanical (90%) with some electrical responsibilities (10%). This position involves working on blowers, pumps, conveyors, conveyor belts, and packaging lines, following a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation.Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Conduct general building upkeep.
Work on blowers, pumps, conveyors, conveyor belts, and packaging lines.
Follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain and update maintenance logs and records for mechanical systems.
Assist in the installation of new mechanical equipment and systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
Follow electrical safety standards and protocols.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
