Job Title: Electrical Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing electrical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.Responsibilities
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs in pairs of two.
Conduct both reactive and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair fuses, switches, photoeyes, relays, servos, drives, power supplies, control panels, wiring, motors, and other 480v systems.
Utilize Omron and Siemens PLCs to troubleshoot system faults, including replacing, troubleshooting, repairing, and programming PLCs with laptop hookup and using ladder logic.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 years of industrial maintenance experience or a journeyman card.
Proficiency in using PLCs for troubleshooting faults across large systems/lines.
Comfortable with troubleshooting, replacing, and programming PLCs.
Ability to hook up PLCs via laptop and read ladder logic.
Familiarity with sensors, photoeyes, fuses, relays, control panels, wiring, switches, servos, drives, motors, and other 480v systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Fanuc CNC and Fanuc robotics.
