Lead requirement analysis and collaborative design activities, serving as a liaison between various business and IT project partners
Assess and interpret business needs, and perform complex conceptual analyses; data mapping, and data transformation rules; Works independently and collaboratively to locate and validate data, and to communicate data specifications to team members and leaders
Evaluate various solution and design options objectively, and communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
Work closely with business and IT teams to strategize solutions that support long term business and technology objectives; anticipate customer needs and help develop innovative solutions to meet them; Use relational databases and program independently in a system such as SQL to access, validate, and query data from data repositories
Work on on-demand needs of the business group for data requests, and look for opportunity to reduce manual work in getting these completed
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing solutions; Maintains integrity and quality of data and assures data conformity meets operational requirements and goals
Help ensure deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results and in a timely fashion
Serve as a functional SME and resource to senior leadership, with broad business approach; Work on Health exchange system and integration with FED HUB services including IRS, DOR, RRV and MMIS, and Eligibility and enrollment related to Medicaid system
Lead and mentor other analysts

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of Health Exchange Knowledge
Advanced level of proficiency in Communication and Problem Solving
Intermediate level of proficiency requirements analysis and documentation
Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL and Unix
