These activities include but not limited to conducting customer interviews; business requirements definition and documentation; define business processes; and articulate requirements to business users and technical solution teams.· Participates in requirements gathering sessions with end data users to define the functionality, usability, and support requirements needed to deploy an analytic solution.· Serves as the liaison between the technical and business users of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will fulfil the needs of the business.· Develops persona driven use cases and creates test cases / test plans to ensure the analytic solution specifications are sufficiently met.· Collaborates with all business stakeholders serving as liaison between technical team and the business owner to provide data source insights and recommendations for new process workflows, interfaces, or reporting tools that align with business user needs.· Works collaboratively with technical solution team members to analyze and develop conceptual design and integration of data source components including accurate mapping documentation of systems/data sources to approved requirements.· Supports project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions and assisting customers/end users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).· Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
