We offer fully insured and self-funded group coverage, including stop loss, as well as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and individual plans.ResponsibilitiesInformation Management Business AnalystCaptures business requirements for data and information needs across functional areas within the enterprise. These activities include but not limited to conducting customer interviews; business requirements definition and documentation; define business processes; and articulate requirements to business users and technical solution teams.· Participates in requirements gathering sessions with end data users to define the functionality, usability, and support requirements needed to deploy an analytic solution.· Serves as the liaison between the technical and business users of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will fulfil the needs of the business.· Develops persona driven use cases and creates test cases / test plans to ensure the analytic solution specifications are sufficiently met.· Collaborates with all business stakeholders serving as liaison between technical team and the business owner to provide data source insights and recommendations for new process workflows, interfaces, or reporting tools that align with business user needs.· Works collaboratively with technical solution team members to analyze and develop conceptual design and integration of data source components including accurate mapping documentation of systems/data sources to approved requirements.· Supports project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions and assisting customers/end users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).· Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Close collaboration is required with key customers including clinical operations, clinical quality, and provider engagement.· Supports project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions and assisting customers/end users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).· Supports Agile delivery practices.· Performs other duties as assigned.Senior Information Management Business AnalystThe senior Business Analyst will have the ability to guide the business users in identifying requirements for data and information needs across functional areas within the enterprise. Collaborates Supports project team during design, development,· and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions and assisting customers/end users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).· Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsInformation Management Business Analyst· Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare Administration or related field.· 2 years healthcare data analytics experience, which includes writing business requirements documents.· Intermediate Microsoft Office and database reporting skills.· Ability to digest and document business workflow processes and data flow processes.· Good critical thinking and analytics skills.Senior Information Management Business Analyst· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Informatics or Healthcare Administration or related degree.· 4 - 6 years healthcare data analytics experience.· Healthcare background preferred.· Understanding of variety of systems (e.g., MS Office, Tableau, SAS, SQL Server and/or other platforms and technologies).· Proficient with Microsoft Office software and other Data tools· Ability to digest and document business workflow processes and data flow processes.· Strong writing business requirements documents.Medical Mutual is looking to grow our team!
