Description We are seeking a Business Analyst based in Twinsburg, Ohio. This role involves mapping current and future state business processes, specifically in the area of sales pad and order to cash. The position will initially require onsite work for a few weeks in Shelton, Connecticut, before transitioning to remote work near our Ohio offices. Responsibilities: Map current state business processes accurately and efficiently. Develop future state business process maps. Work on business process mapping, particularly in the areas of sales pad and order to cash. Utilize your background in ERP systems to facilitate effective business analysis. Apply your skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Design to perform your duties. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of business process maps. Address any issues or discrepancies identified in the business process mapping. Assist in the resolution of any challenges that may arise during the business analysis process. Ensure all business analyses are in line with company standards and objectives. Requirements Proficiency in Database management and operations. Experience with EO/IR systems is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis. Familiarity with Informatica software and its application. Proven experience in conducting AB Testing. Excellent understanding of Agile Scrum methodology. Knowledge of Business Process Functions. Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents. Experience in Design and related software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
