Insurance Risk Services/Davies
Seeking Independent Contractors to perform Insurance based Residential and Commercial Property surveys near Tuscarawas and surrounding Counties. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to accurately photograph, measure, and complete survey forms of properties.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to submit reports in on-time by mandatory due dates.
- Must be able to provide an accurate and quality report defined by client specifications.
- Experience in this field is preferred, but highly driven and independent person will succeed as well.
- Professionalism, Accountability, and Communication Skills
- Basic-Intermediate Computer Skills
- High Speed Internet
- Camera with minimum 20X zoom
- Chrome and Edge Web Browsers
- Measuring device to measure square footage of building
- Must pass background check
Position Details:
- Part-time contract work available based on territory and volume
- Pay is based on a flat fee per inspection completed
