Paying $17.00/hr. for A.C.I. Certified Concrete Field Testing Technicians Level I.
If you are not certified, 2 day certifications courses are available through the winter and into early spring. The certification is good for 5 years and is valid and in demand all over the USA and many other places internationally. This is an excellent opportunity to add to your skill set. If you are interested in this course, we will pre-train you in the test methods required. We are looking for people who are available on one or two days notice to test concrete on public works, commercial, and industrial construction projects all over Ohio and West Virginia. The work is very seasonal and sporadic, ideal for the self employed or retired. Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds. When we need a technician, we call and give you the information concerning the scope and location of the work available. Realizing that it is short notice, you will be able to decline an offer of work with no penalty. If you agree to the work, you will be driving a company vehicle and will be paid from the time you leave the laboratory until you return.
Applicant will need a valid drivers license with a clean record. All AggCon employees are subject to an Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation pre-employment and random drug screening program.
