This position is for working on high end residential homes in the Perrysburg area.
You must be in excellent physical condition and able to climb ladders. Attention to details is a must. Good communication skills are needed since you will be interacting with home owners.
The candidate must have a clean driving record and dependable transportation to get to work on time everyday.
The hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. or when the jobs are finished.
Starting pay is based on experience.
Bonuses are based on performance.
Overtime and Saturday work are available during busier months with time and a half after 40 worked hours.
