Shift – Days (average 45-50 hours a week)
CREW LEADER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a crew of 6 - 7 members building Residential foundations
Ability to build and pour foundations without supervision
Consistently be punctual and Lead by example
Relate with and assess all employees and their training needs
Set expectation, follow-up, and support all team member skills growth
Coordinate and monitor team member development
Review employee performance and learning
WALL CREW LEADER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3 yrs. experience of setting and pouring concrete footers and walls is a must
Experience with Aluminum Forms a plus
MUST have a valid OH driver license and approved to drive company vehicles
Detailed knowledge and understanding of how to read blueprints
Two (2) yrs. experience as a Trainer, Crew Leader, Foreman, or related position
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Strong ability to supervise and motivate employees with minimal to no experience
