A sales lead’s primary responsibility is to support management in general operation of the store and to provide an excellent customer experience and maximize profitability.
Provides exceptional customer service, including bra fittings and product knowledge.
Observes and provides coaching to sales associates.
Performs opening and closing duties and operational functions such as cash handling, checking in shipments, analyzing daily reports, maintaining visual standards, and other duties that may be assigned.
Previous retail and/or service industry experience required. Flexible availability to nights and weekends required.
