Punch techs or turn techs prepare apartments for new residents. The goal is to receive back from the new resident a move in inspection form that is free and clear of defects. While an occasional cosmetic defect may be unavoidable, all homes must be 100% functional.
Specifically, we remove all previous items left behind and assess all walls and ceilings for painting, drywall, or texture needs.
Next up is flooring. We install lots of Lifeproof vinyl planking and we pull lots of carpet and pad. If you are proficient at such installations, we likely have a position for you.
Plumbing items include faucet replacements, garbage disposals,
Pop up assemblies, shower stems, and / or manifolds, remove and replace toilets after planking installations.
Electrical includes breaker replacements, switches, wall plugs, and new fixture installations. We have a number of exterior fixtures to replace.
Carpentry interior consists of pre-hung door installation, case, base, and cabinet installation. We are looking for a technician skilled in balcony and exterior repairs.
There's exterior grounds work on nicer days if turns are current, so this position is full-time. We're willing to train an entry level candidate and can accommodate most any hourly wage request you may have provided you are proficient and reliable. Send a resume over confidentially, and we'll talk.
