Our objective in placing this ad is to reduce our dependence on outside contractors who provide services to us at our various housing developments.
Specifically, we are looking for an experienced painter/drywaller who can join our team for the Spring 2025 rental season. We generally don't hang full sheets of board but do, on occasion, have leaks/repairs that need to be made.
Work days are M-F 8:30-5. Few if any weekends. 15 paid holidays, vacation pay, tool, clothing, and boot allowances after 90 days.
