Job Title: Soil Wash Machine Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Gibsonburg, OH
Pay:$18/hour
Schedule:
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible with workdays)
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as Soil Wash Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery that washes soiled healthcare linens (blankets, sheets, towels, gowns, scrubs, etc.) while meeting quality and safety standards. This is a fast-paced environment where dependability and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate soil wash machines to clean healthcare linen according to specifications.
Maintain consistent production levels to meet or exceed daily standards.
Work safely at all times, following company guidelines and procedures.
Handle linens, carts, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with different production tasks as needed.
Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and push/pull carts up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working in hot and cold industrial environments.
Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to shifting production needs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
