Ohio's unveiled a direct employment program for home-based waiver participants. That means I get to hire my OWN caregivers, no agency involved, and you don't need to be an independent provider. Matter of fact, you just need to pass a couple background checks and the enrollment process is a couple weeks. That also means it's MUCH more lucrative than your typical home health aide position through an agency, with room for raises.
This is a full-time, paid position. 32 hours a week, flexible scheduled slots, Monday-Friday, primarily earlier shifts.
Duties and further details will be disclosed and discussed upon an actual conversation. Previous caregiving experience not required although is certainly a plus. Very willing to train as the environment is a laid-back, clean and friendly one. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, open-minded and chill We're pretty easy-going people ️
I do have a service dog, who is an angel and so easy to love.
