The Boardwalk Family of Restaurants, located on the beautiful island of Put-In-Bay on Lake Erie, is in full SWING right now!
We are looking for an experienced line cook to join one of our kitchen teams! You would be responsible for prepping ingredients, assembling signature dishes and specials, and adhere to food safety regulations.
At our restaurants we pride ourselves on serving high-quality food that is presented with precision in a fast-paced environment. This position provides the opportunity to work at numerous stations in a high-volume kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working on the line, a strong knowledge of kitchen procedures, and a passion for culinary excellence.
This position is full time seasonal (May – October) and that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to belong to a supportive and inclusive team culture!
