If you're looking for a growth opportunity Job DescriptionWhat your day-to-day will look like: Assign work and monitor group activities Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team inunderstanding housekeeping requirements Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action tocorrect substandard performanceWhat you'll need to excel:At a minimum, you'll need: 4 years of warehouse experience Experience in a supervisory role Microsoft Office experience and proficiencyIt'd be great if you also have: High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members Solid math skills and analytical abilityThis job requires the ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs.Work days will be Tuesday - Saturday 11:30 am to 8:30 pmPossible 6 days a week occasionally.Starting pay is $20.50 an hour.Click to applyPay Details: $20.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
