Accountant

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in the Non-Profit industry, based in Toledo, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including budget analysis, general ledger work, and financial forecasting. This role will also involve exposure to payroll and grant writing. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive budget analysis to ensure financial efficiency Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records Utilize financial analyst skills for future forecasting, tracking budget performance Provide backup support for payroll processes Participate in grant writing to secure funding for the organization Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring timely processing Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of Cl Programming Experience with Concur Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to handle all Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Auditing Experience in managing Balance Sheet Account Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
