Must have experience in all facets of running a company, marketing, human resources, sales and production. Must have construction experience and knowledge of the home remodeling business. The right candidate will be organized, have excellent time management skills and have the necessary technological proficiency to maintain an office and job sites. The right individual will be an enthusiastic salesman with the drive to grow the business. Must be willing to work 50 hours per week.
Must be able to meet sales plan objectives creating higher profitability and market share in a fiercely competitive home improvement market. Must display exceptional communication skills with employees, customers, and suppliers. Continue to promote a positive, fun and energetic work environment within the organizational culture. Develop and maintain relationships with other managers and departments to support a cohesive team environment to serve the customer. Participate in meetings, resolve disputes, provide ongoing feedback, and project close-out. Review and write change orders, supplemental instructions, and other contract documentation as required. Oversee the collection of payments by the homeowner. Excellent ability to prioritize and adjust schedules and instill a sense of urgency in team members. Must be fluent in MS Office software, and Google Workplace Applications. We are willing to train the right candidate.
