Immediate opening for someone WELL-Versed in Quickbooks, Excel and other MS office programs.
Candidate needs to be a self starter, organized, with good communication skills, and reliable transportation. Some college could be helpful but not needed. I will provide some training but I need someone who has already worked in QB and Excel and a quick learner.
Responsibilities would also include keeping the office and paperwork tidy at all times, running invoices, tracking expenses, helping with spreadsheets, communications with staff and customers, emails, etc.
Come prepared to organize and manage a small office with 8 part time employees. As we grow, this could become a full-time position.
A must for success, Doing your daily tasks timely without having to be told, puncuality, initiative, detail oriented and able to see the bigger picture. Always be adaptable to be able to grow with the business and problem solving will be helpful. Potentially, someone with website/social media ability could be helpful too.
Typical schedule may be 2-3 days during the week (10am to 4pm but may be negotiable.) REMOTE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
