Description:Responsibilities: 1. Lead engineering team in determining equipment configurations and changes needed to fulfill customer’s requirements for equipment. 2. Develop efficient, cost-effective technical design of both equipment and controls that meet customer’s business and technical objectives. 3. Build knowledge base across all engineers for company products. 4. Generate and maintain engineering best practices and standard operating procedures. 5. Participate in product development. 6. Serve as an internal resource on product issues, representing the customer’s needs. 7. Interface with customers on engineering matters and propose improvements and solutions. 8. Manage the engineering team, providing leadership, training, and creating departmental best practices. 9.
