Description Do you love building solid customer relationships? You might be the Customer Service Representative Robert Half is looking for, for a position in the growing Service industry. This Customer Service Representative position is an excellent career opportunity for someone who is articulate and highly-skilled. This could be the Strongsville, Ohio Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement. If you like the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center, this position could be for you. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00am -4:30pm. What you get to do every day

Receive and send written business correspondence

Handle incoming telephone calls

Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Requirements - 2+ years of past relevant experience

Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

Strong customer service and office administrative skills

Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Customer service experience

Proven knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

Data entry experience preferred

Assist Customers experience required

Well-founded grasp of Detailed Reports

Comprehensive knowledge of SAP

Experience with Microsoft Office

Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
