We are seeking a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager. Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical

Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments

Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into a proposal

Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards

Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist

Directs project planning

Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests Requirements - Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

5+ years of project management experience

Skilled in leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

Prior experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
