Demonstrates a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.
Performs various clerical and administrative duties for the Illuminating Company Utility Operations Section, including but not limited to, timekeeping, telephone reception, sorting and distributing mail.
Calls customers to schedule appointments.
Maintains filing and record systems associated with the Utility Operations Section.
Maintains appointment calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements when necessary.
Within a short period of training, must be able to perform the following duties in SAP/(CRM): process and/or record expense accounts, credit card accounts, timesheets, invoices for payment; research and update customer account information, technical screen, and several other customer information screens.
Provides sound internal and external customer service and responds in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Builds relationships and credibility across the organization.
Use effective communication skills with good judgment.
Participates in the storm process and be available to work extended hours as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Will have primary responsibility for various complex administrative assignments requiring initiative, judgment, and well developed knowledge and skills.
Resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
Maintain absence tracking database.
Manages the Easter OE Meter Services email inbox.
Orders materials, office supplies, and processes invoices through COUPA procurement software
Updates and maintains overtime reporting, ARCOS callout rosters, schedules telememos, work follow-ups, ZCMW transaction reporting, and CEIB electrical inspections.
Work with minimal supervision and direction.
Independently anticipate and meet internal and/ or external customer needs.
Manage resources wisely; make sound decisions that enhance the sections financial position.
Possess the oral and written communication skills to effectively exchange information with internal/external customers and Company employees on behalf of the section.
Distribution Associate Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must pass the Company’s Administrative Selection System (SASS) test.
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 4-7 years of experience at the Distribution Associate level or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn, produce results.
Demonstrated ability to accurately enter timekeeping and process invoices in SAP.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Environment as well as SAP(CRM).
Advanced Distribution Associate Qualifications:
Requires 7-10 years previous experience in the Distribution Associate position, or other equivalent position.
Demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn, produce results.
Must have in-depth understanding of applicable products and/ or services and of customer needs and expectations.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
