(Job Description)Globally recognized Food & Beverage Company located in Solon, OH is currently hiring for a 100% fully onsite Business Analyst. A sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines are critical for success in this role. This position requires a self-motivated, agile, and driven employee with result focus. Travel will be required between 3-5% to visit manufacturing sites and events.Pay - $45/hr. - $55/hr. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities in the EHSQ environment, aligning with business objectives and strategies.
Evaluate existing EHSQ systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend digital solutions to enhance effectiveness and compliance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on digital technologies and their application in the EHSQ environment; high level of comfort with wearing the system administrator / business analyst hat when needed.
Analyze, design and implement technical solutions to meet the needs of our organization; lead the solution design and delivery of tools/platforms such as CorityOne EHSQ management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of EHSQ processes.
Conduct training sessions, demos and workshops to educate employees on the use of digital tools and promote a culture of digital adoption in the EHSQ space.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement and configure digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Monitor and analyze data from digital systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in EHSQ performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital manufacturing and EHSQ management.

A bachelor's degree in environmental and/or safety subject area or related fields, international equivalents or significant experience in EHSQ roles with the last position held supporting a manufacturing or production environment in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in successfully coordinating Safety, Health, and Environmental, Quality sustainability activities in a manufacturing setting. Experience in food or pharma manufacturing strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of EHSQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proven experience in implementing digital solutions in the manufacturing industry, such as EHSQ management systems, IoT devices, data analytics, and automation tools.
Familiarity with industry-specific digital platforms and software, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and EHSQ software (CorityOne experience strongly preferred).
Decision-making; must be capable of making well-informed decisions in both routine and emergency situations
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A strong understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on finding innovative digital solutions to improve EHSQ processes.
Technical writing skills (requirements documentation, policies, procedures, reference manuals and training material).
Certifications in relevant areas, such as EHSQ management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation, are highly desirable.
