Reporting directly to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), will be instrumental in transforming the ERP system to enhance efficiency across all business processes. TThe ERP Applications Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including Business Process Owners, functional leaders within Life Sciences, Data Management Office, Digital Solutions & IT Manager, o ther Digital Product Owners/Managers, Saint-Gobain GDI's ERP Competency Center, and external partners.Will provide oversight and serve as the designated approver for the P4 projects, which are focused on single site/functions.Key Accountabilities:Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Collaborate with the CDIO to ensure the ERP strategy supports the overall digital transformation agenda of the organization. Lead the assessment and selection of ERP solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Life Sciences business.Process Improvement & EfficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes through the effective use of the ERP system. Collaborate with Business Process Owners to redesign processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that the ERP system supports continuous improvement initiatives across all functions within the Life Sciences business.Operations & Project ManagementWill oversee management of operations and project management related to QAD, along with its product owner. Develop and ensure smooth support organization as needed for LS Business. Provide regular updates and reports to the CDIO and other senior leaders on the progress and outcomes of ERP projects. Implement best in class project management practices, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Training and SupportOversee the QAD Product Owner in building and also ensuring delivery of training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the ERP systemBachelor's Degree within Business Administration, Information Technology or a Related Field; Required.Master's Degree within Business Administration, Information Technology or a Related Field; Preferred.Proven experience in ERP management (direct experience in QAD ERP would be added benefit), preferably within the Life Sciences industry; Required.10+ years of experience working on ERP Management, Driving ERP Implementation & Transformation in a Manufacturing Sector; Required.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Travel upwards of 30%, primarily domestic, some international; Required.-Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $99,900 to $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,887 to $174,924.
