Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various production equipment, including conveyer systems, wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts. This role is essential in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities
Work alongside the sanitation team on 3rd shift to tear down and rebuild equipment.
Complete preventative maintenance on conveyer systems and production equipment.
Perform reactive maintenance on wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480v.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, identifying components on machines using blueprints.
Understand and work with industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.
Comprehend and utilize limit switches, including normally open, normally open held closed, normally closed, and normally closed held open configurations.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair, specifically with 480v systems.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Comfortable working with industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.
Understanding of limit switches and their configurations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting.
