Documents the patients’ care and directs supportive staff regarding treatment process. Provides leadership to Physical Therapy Assistants, Students, Rehab aides and Volunteers.MINIMUM EDUCATIONRequired Minimum Education: 4 year/Bachelor DegreeSpecialty/Major: Physical TherapyPreferred Education: Post Graduate Degree (Ph.D)Specialty/Major: Doctor of Physical TherapyLICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated):Required: Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree. Holds a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Ohio in good standing. Maintains CPR Certification.Preferred: Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree.
