Property Manager for affordable housing

Apartment community in Port Clinton and single family Homes in Fostoria Ohio is looking for a property manager for 31 hours a week/full time with benefits and PTO and paid vacation after 1 yr. This candidate must have basic knowledge of computers and all normal office equipment. We are looking for someone who has experience in management and property management skills and experience. You must be able to instruct and manage tenants, small staff and vendors. This person must also be able to work independently and maintain a set weekly schedule. This person must be well organized and be able to write legibly as there is a lot of paperwork involved in the daily routine of this job.
