We are a growing company that provides field inspections for mortgage companies, insurance companies, and other clients.
As a Field Inspector, you would be responsible for driving to properties and reporting on their general condition. This includes taking photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages, and submitting information via a mobile application. Most properties are exterior inspections and take 5-10 minutes to complete.
We are looking for candidates with experience in field inspections, but we are also willing to train the right person for the job.

Here are some of the key requirements for this position:
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to drive for extended periods.
Must have a smart phone capable of submitting results via a mobile application.
Must be able to pass a background check.
GPS with routing capabilities
Excellent time management
Access to internet connection.
Pay is on a flat-rate basis and varies by area covered and volume. This position has the ability to earn more depending on hours worked.
