Small Marine storage and repair shop, Lagoon Marine Inc, is looking for a part-time bookkeeper. Position is roughly 8-10 hours a week and will need to be completed within 7a-5p business hours. Flexible on days of the week. Applicant MUST have current experience with Quickbooks Software and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing invoices, processing received bills and payments, sending monthly customer statements, bank account reconciliation, payroll and sales tax filings with payments, end of year creating and filing of W-2's and 1099's. Also looking for someone with familiarity with social media advertising and website updating.
Applicant must have reliable transportation, good work ethic and be able to stay on task without direct supervision. Position is flexible for the right person!
