Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contracto permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the heart of ROCKY RIVER, Ohio, United States. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks within the healthcare industry, including processing payments, maintaining employee records, and facilitating meetings. Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Manage healthcare benefits for employees, including maintenance of the company’s 401K plan Facilitate meetings as required, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the company Review employee hours for accuracy before entering payroll data into the system Check and verify data accuracy in accounts receivable, including tasks such as billing and payment processing Assist with the rewriting of company handbooks to ensure up-to-date information is provided Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including the creation of spreadsheets and formulas Use the club select software for various tasks (training will be provided) Aid in the creation of reports, utilizing skills such as pivot tables and vlookups in Microsoft ExcelRequirements Proficient in bi-Monthly Payroll administration and management Experience with Paychex Payroll system is required Familiarity with managing Medical Benefits is necessary Strong skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) management are essential Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting Experience in employee Onboarding processes and procedures is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
