ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant

Description We are seeking a dedicated ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on the operations side of our D365 F+O development and is open to candidates willing to work in a hybrid or remote setting from Richmond Heights, Ohio. It provides a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Focus on primarily development within D365 F+O, particularly in the operations space. Collaborate with senior developers and take responsibility for medium difficulty tasks. Engage in clear and effective communication with end users to understand their needs from an improvement standpoint. Work on enhancements in warehouse and supply chain management, and order management to improve the user experience. Contribute significantly to the operations side, with minimal focus on the finance side. Navigate through interfaces with UPS (tracking numbers), transportation system, though interaction with these would be minimal. Use skills in D365, Operations, Operations Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Finance, Warehouse Environment, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Order Management, and Multiple Modules to perform the role effectively. Requirements Proficiency in D365 and Operations Finance Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong understanding of Finance principles and practices Familiarity with Warehouse Environment and Warehouse Management Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Order Management Knowledge in handling Multiple Modules Prior experience as an ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
