Perform various administrative duties
Heed guidelines for approving carriers
Update and collaborate with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes
Screen, track, and foster dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements
Approve freight bills and process bills of lading
Follow-up with carriers, as necessary
-Coordinate with external warehouse managers to ensure that orders are shipped timely and received properlyRequirements
Willingness to be part of a team
Experience with air/ ocean shipments
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent a plus
Customer Service experience a plus
Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications and inventory control programs
