Description We are in search of an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. This role revolves around supervising and coordinating the activities of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of top-notch customer service, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. This position allows the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Support client questions, update information, and providing customer support for client needs Use CRM systems to monitor and manage customer interactions and data. Implement and uphold the standards and procedures of our management system. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes. Maintain a thorough understanding of our telecommunications industry, staying up-to-date with trends and changes. Assist customers with any issues or inquiries they may have, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues, working to resolve them effectively and efficiently.Requirements Prior experience in a supervisory role within customer service in the telecommunications industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee customer service operations. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience using 'About Time' software. Proven track record in assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including trends and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improving customer service processes. Familiarity with management systems and their implementation.
