Veterinary Practice Manager

We're looking for:A courteous and efficient veterinary practice manager to oversee all aspects of our clinic's operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Key responsibilities include:Manage all office administration procedures, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff coordination.Recruit, hire, train, and supervise office staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.Oversee financial aspects, including payroll, budgeting, and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA/Controlled Substances and OSHA regulations.Maintain effective communication with pet owners, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.Collaborate with veterinary staff to support the hospital's mission and practice philosophy.Implement and manage marketing strategies to promote the hospital within the local community.Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and efficient clinic operations.To be successful in this role, you should be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
