They will also participate in the R&D aspects of the job, including sample preparation and plant line trials. Job Specifications
- Responsible to assure food safety, legality, and quality of the products we make
- Perform required analytical testing of finished goods and in-process checks to assure adherence to established product specifications
- Evaluate Certificates of Analysis and determine the disposition of incoming materials and finished goods
- Document test results and prepare required reports.
- Perform periodic audits to confirm adherence to required quality standards
- Organize and clean lab supplies
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
- An Associate's Degree in a Science related field or equivalent experience working in a laboratory environment
- Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with a HPLC and testing equipment is preferred
