Overview:As the Construction Group Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple portable crushing crews. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess a deep understanding of project management, customer relations and lead with company Core Values being part of their everyday life.Responsibilities:
Directly manage and coordinate activities of portable crushing crews across various job sites.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Provide expert guidance and training to crew members to enhance their skills and optimize performance.
Manage air permits and application files for all portable plants in multiple states.
Perform weekly audits of production and true up cost reports using Heavy Job and ECMS programs.
Oversight of equipment asset replacement.
Assist V.P. of Operations in the preparation of a business model that widens the growth of the off-site crushing operations.

Schedule Management and Leadership:
Prepare and lead weekly scheduling meetings with management team.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Provide strong leadership to develop a strong, collaborative and motivated team environment.
Project Bidding and Setup:
Assist in the project bidding process, preparing and organizing bids using HCSS bidding software.
Work closely with the Project Manager to form accurate and competitive quotes.
Ability to audit job cost and payroll using ECMS and Heavy Job programs
Accountability and Performance Management:
Hold crew members accountable for their performance, safety practices, and compliance with company core values.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Finalize weekly payroll and production reports.
Prepare and analyze with assistance of your management staff, job cost and profitability of projects.
Monitor expected revenue projections and invoice clients.
