Candidates will participate in Monro's 5-week Store Manager Training and Onboarding Program. The onboarding and training program will help you to:Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer serviceImplement company policies, procedures, and best practicesLead and motivate store teammates, including training, scheduling, and drive productivityContribute to inventory management, including inventory control, proper ordering, receiving, and loss prevention.Assist in meeting sales targets and implementing promotional strategiesEnsure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standardsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficientlySupport cash management procedures and accurate financial reportingParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance management skillsDrive store success by fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Leverage data and insights to implement innovative strategies that boost sales and enhance the guest experience.Be a role mode of operational excellence, ensuring the store runs smoothly and meets all company standards.
