Description:Production Operator:

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

- Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment on the production line to

ensure proper functioning, including start-up, shutdown, and regular maintenance.

- Inspect and test products at specified intervals to verify compliance with quality

standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while adhering to set

schedules and timelines.

- Load raw materials into the production line, monitor material flow, and ensure

proper storage and organization of finished product.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and promptly report

any safety concerns or incidents.

- Identify and address equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, performing basic

maintenance and liaising with maintenance personnel as needed.

- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of production data as per the standard

production and quality assurance procedures.

- Keep the production area clean and organized, including regular

equipment cleaning, and ensuring waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and quality control teams to

optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest changes to

- Prior experience of driving a forklift truck is required, valid qualification is a plus.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery safely.

- Strong atention to detail and quality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often physically demanding environment.
