Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a unique opportunity to fill the position of Accounts Payable Specialist in our manufacturing unit based in Norwalk, Ohio. The role involves key responsibilities linked to accounts payable, data entry, and coding. This position is a contract role and does not require a physical presence at the workplace; it can be performed in a hybrid mode if needed.Responsibilities: Accurately process and code accounts payable data entries. Collaborate closely with the team for the efficient functioning of accounting duties. Leverage SAP experience to enhance accounting processes. Uphold the integrity of accounting functions by adhering to organizational standards. Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update accounting databases. Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of payments. Address and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable efficiently. Perform checks processing in alignment with company policies.
