Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in North Olmsted, Ohio. This role requires a meticulous individual who will primarily support our Finance Transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will also help assist with accounts payable projects as assigned. Responsibilities: Multi-task and communicate effectively with team members, responding promptly to emails Utilize SAP for various tasks Handle a significant amount of work in Microsoft Excel, including running payment postings and reports Execute month-end accruals and other accounting functions as needed Handle accounts payable tasks, including check processing and data entry Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed Understanding of Accounting Functions is required Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is essential Capabilities in Check Processing is required Proficiency in Data Entry is necessary Ability to handle and resolve Discrepancies is importantRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
