Description:Manufacturing Manager | 1st shift | $100,000 - $130,000 | Canton, OH
Manager the manufacturing operations overseeing 60 employees in various departments such as; Machining, Assembly, Engineering, Warehouse & Quality
Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations applying techniques to improve continuous improvement process, quality, products and environment.
Communicate Expectations for employees by monitoring performance, give recognition and take corrective action when necessary.
Establish Budgets and cost saving/reduction plans
Track inventory and work with suppliers to deliver products
Act as a Buyer/planner when needed Develop and implement preproduction and production plans
Spend 15% or more time on the production floor
