Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy of billing data in the telecom industry. Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date customer information details Generate and distribute invoices and statements to customers Ensure accuracy of data input to deliver error-free final bills Rectify billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos Manually calculate invoices based on quotes provided by sales teams Handle customer account queries and resolve any disputes promptly Use accounting software systems to streamline billing functions Deliver excellent customer service while handling billing inquiries and disputes Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams to ensure consistency in billing operations.Requirements Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Proficient in performing Billing Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Extensive experience in Billing High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures Strong problem-solving skills If qualified, please apply today!
