As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.This is a long term temporary roleSummaryDevelop and maintain training modules and related materials to support new and existing Company training programs. Consult with subject matter experts as needed. Provide project updates and review final drafts with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or stakeholders. May write scripts, organize and direct video sessions required to support module development. May prepare all training materials for translation. May maintain revision control of all documents. May travel to remote factory, customer, and/or branch locations to test and monitor the effectiveness of training. May develop modules, infographics, videos, imagery, technology-based applications, and course curriculums to support the development of training programs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Training Modules, Skill Checks, and Job Aids. Create supporting animations, photographs, and videos. Create and maintain Course Maps and related training aids. Or, may develop any project that may be needed to support training program initiatives. Create supporting animations, photographs, and videos. Create and maintain course programs and related training aids.Conduct meetings with subject matter experts to develop and revise modules, videos, and photographs. Collaborate with other Instructional Designers on module development and module review. Collaborate with the Media Production Specialist for videos and animations. Conduct training sessions as needed.May stay current on applicable government and industry standards and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Consult with Company departments to answer and assist with training questions and requests.Minimum QualificationsLess than 2 years' related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred QualificationsTwo to three years of prior experience with related subject matter. Excellent writing, communication skills, and experience with various computer applications.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
