Job description:Onsite 5 days a week - 8-5 working hours. Possible opportunity for overtime.Nice to have: equipment operation hand pallet stacks, forklifts, walkie stacker, electronic power jack.Candidates should be willing to stand for extended periods of time.Flexibility is key as this role demands availability for varied schedules, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.This position provides essential support to the New Albany Warehouse Team, focusing on tasks related to receiving, cycle counting, and shipping of raw materials and biopharmaceutical products. The role necessitates strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), proficiency in operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), utilization of SAP EWM, precise documentation, calculation abilities, and physical tasks linked with large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing. Key responsibilities include: Receive and label incoming shipments of raw materials and biopharmaceutical products, verifying contents against accompanying documentation. Organizing materials for transportation and delivery. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Executing all transactions accurately and promptly. Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements always. Collaborating effectively within a team environment to accomplish daily workload. Identifying and communicating operational issues and opportunities for process improvement. Maintaining adherence to safety requirements and practices.Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Understanding of GMPs, SOP adherence.
Biotech/Pharma experience
Material handling experience in a GMP environment
Nice to have: any ERP system knowledge.Day to Day Responsibilities:The applicant will be one of several Warehouse team members. The working shift may be one of Days, Swings, or Graves. The team meets each morning in a team huddle and reviews the daily workload. Division of labor is primarily between a receiving team which removes material from trucks and receives it into the system, and load product into trucks when performing outbound shipping activities. The team will also manage waste from Manufacturing. EWs rotate through all the functions in the warehouse. The first two weeks involve a large amount of SOP reading, warehouse familiarization, and training.Possible Extension:YesInterview Process:In Person if local.
