Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Project Cost Analyst to join their team. As a Project Cost Analyst, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Project Cost AnalystLocation: New Albany, OH (Hybrid)Job Type: 12-month Contract with the possibility to convert/FTESchedule: M-F 8am-5pm, possible OT with permissionPay Range: $35 - $39/hrWhat's the Job?

Coordinate project meetings and collaborate with project team members on various activities.

Assist in preparing forecasts of project spending and monitor budget variances.

Work with Project Management to perform variance reporting and establish baseline budgets.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding budgetary items.

Develop and compile key performance indicators (KPIs) for measurable outcomes.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with three years of experience in a related field.

Knowledge of project management, cost tracking analysis, and forecasting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
