Accounts Receivable Analyst

Description Robert Half is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in the manufacturing industry. Based in New Albany, Ohio, this role involves managing accounts receivable and leveraging strong excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payment collection. Responsibilities: Handle the processing of all accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate and timely management. Apply strong Excel skills to develop and maintain reports, perform account reconciliations, and analyze data. Conduct B2B collections, ensuring professional communication and fostering positive business relationships. Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient and accurate data management. Perform accounting functions related to billing and cash activity, including check processing. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Maintain the integrity of accounts receivable (AR) records and ensure compliance with set policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to expedite the collection of outstanding payments. Collaborate with other teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
