Job Overview
The Marketing Manager for Myers B2C will be responsible for product lines sold through traditional retail, eCommerce, and MRO distributors. Through effective implementation and execution of best practices and key marketing elements, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the cross-functional market team to write and communicate the annual marketing plan strategy. This includes development through careful analysis of each component that goes into an effective marketing strategy while maintaining the Four P's of the Marketing Mix.

Utilize the marketing plans and strategies to help Sales win profitability.
Understand and capitalize on market availability.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Directors to protect and ensure long-term value growth.
Implement and manage the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion)
Design value propositions by channel members and communicate to sales.
Support the sales team daily.
Able to represent the company and product line to the press, trade, and social media.
Cultivating the market-backed insights and innovations at Myer's Industries through their leadership and prowess.
