You will spearhead our Marketing efforts focused on the Services we provide that will delight our customers and deliver greater success for them. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies to promote our software training, user training, and other related services. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, driving a customer focused strategy, and enhancing brand awareness within the B2B software industry.The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, collaborate well across a large organization, and be focused on helping our customers achieve success.Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to promote Siemens Digital Industries Software’s services, including software training, user training, and related offerings. Content Creation: Work with other teams and partners to produce high-quality and engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, etc. Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all content and communication channels, reflecting Siemens Digital Industries' values, vision, and objectives. Audience Engagement: Identify target audiences and tailor content to address their specific needs, pain points, and interests, supporting meaningful engagement and interaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including our services business, customer success, Marketing execution, and training teams, to align content initiatives with business goals and priorities. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, regularly evaluating and evolving strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B software industry, with a focus on services marketing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital marketing, and content marketing Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and other relevant software tools. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality. Transform the EverydayThe hourly range for this position is $38.99 to $70.19 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
