- Understanding of cyber security
- Advanced Windows desktop and servers troubleshooting skills from Windows 10 to Windows Server 2008 through Windows 2019.
- Strong hardware skills with laptops, desktops, servers, NAS, SANs, etc.
- Good understanding of UPS backup units, diesel power generation, and HVAC systems used in a production data center
- Experience with various CAD systems and associated licensing and license servers
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and DFARS standards and compliance
- Previous experience supporting software developers in a demanding environment
